The Godsgrave Marches

Shattered statues of forgotten gods line the final approach. The Last Vigil keeps its fires lit.

Recommended level: roughly 267–307. Monster strength in Wanderer rises steadily with distance east, so the west edge of a region is always gentler than its east edge.

The region

The final approach. Shattered statues of forgotten gods line the marches — the god's hand rising from the earth, pantheon row silent on both sides — and the Last Vigil camp is the last fire on the entire road. Everything here is scaled for the end of a very long journey.

Bands reach into the three hundreds. If you can hold the Marches, you're ready for the doors.

Settlements

Towns are safe ground — hostile creatures will not follow you past the boundary.

Landmarks

  • The Fallen God’s Hand — Fingers taller than towers, half-buried where they fell.
  • Pantheon Row — The processional of the gods, every statue beheaded by the Sundering.

Getting here

The Godsgrave Marches sits east of The Cindermaw, with The Forgotten Sanctum beyond its far border. Teleport scrolls (sold at Wanderer's Rest, 1,000 coins) can return you instantly to any town you have already discovered, which makes the first walk through a region the only slow one.
