The service
Wanderer is a free online game operated by its independent developer. We aim to keep it online, fair and fun, and we ship fixes quickly when it isn't — but it is provided as-is: an independent live game cannot promise uninterrupted availability, and maintenance restarts happen (your progress is saved server-side and survives them).
Your account
- One account is yours to play; you're responsible for keeping its credentials to yourself.
- Accounts are for people. Automating play with bots, scripts or modified clients isn't allowed — the idle systems exist precisely so you don't need to cheat to progress while busy.
- You can delete your account and its data at any time via the account deletion page.
Fair play
- Don't exploit bugs for advantage — report them (the support page explains how) and you'll be thanked; abuse them and the gains may be removed.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service or other players' access to it.
- Chat and names are covered by the community guidelines; moderation decisions are made to keep the road pleasant, and serious or repeated abuse can end in suspension.
Virtual items
Coins, gear and progress have no real-world value, can't be bought for money, and aren't transferable outside the game. Balance changes may adjust how systems work going forward; we don't retroactively rewrite what you've already earned.
Wanderer Supporter subscription
Wanderer Supporter is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription. It provides the advert-free supporter boost and cosmetic recognition only while active; it does not sell gear, levels, or ownership of virtual items. The price and renewal period are shown by the store before purchase. Payment is charged through Apple, Google, or Stripe, and the subscription renews until you cancel it in that provider's subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and supporter access continues through the paid period. Store refund rules and local consumer rights still apply.
Content and ownership
The game, its art, world and names belong to the developer. You're welcome — encouraged — to make videos, streams, screenshots and guides from your play; the press page has clean assets if you want them.
Changes and endings
These terms may be updated as the game grows; meaningful changes will be dated here. If you break the rules seriously enough we may suspend or end an account. If we ever had to sunset the game, notice would be given on this site and in-game beforehand.
Privacy
What little data the game keeps, and why, is described in the privacy policy. The short version: game state and credentials, no ad tracking on the website, no selling data, deletion on request.
