How to request deletion
Open the contact form, choose the topic "Delete my account", and include:
- Your Wanderer username (your character's name in game)
- The email or login method you use (e.g. the Google account you sign in with, or "guest")
- A short line confirming you want the account deleted
If you can, send it with the reply-email field set to the address you sign in with — it makes verifying the request instant. We process deletions promptly.

What deletion removes
- Your account profile and sign-in link
- Your character and all game progress (skills, levels, distance)
- Your inventory, equipment, coins and buildings
- Saved gameplay data tied to the account
- Associated logs, where reasonably possible
What may be retained
Some minimal records can persist for a limited time where genuinely required: entries in rotating server logs and backups (which expire on their own schedule), and records needed for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance. These are not used to keep your game data alive — once processed, the account cannot be restored.
Deletion is permanent. If you think you might come back to the road one
day, consider simply stopping — dormant accounts cost nothing and your wanderer will wait.
