Solo developer Tomas Sala returns to the fantasy world of The Falconeer for a procedural city-builder about carving sprawling floating settlements out of rock and driftwood, and it's a genuinely striking, original idea that launched thinner than its early hours promised — until the developer's own free "Evolution" update, released within six months, directly answered the loudest complaints with three distinct new ways to play.
