Delete Your Wanderer Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Wanderer account and all data associated with it. This is free and applies whether you play on the web or in the Android app.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, immediately, from inside the game — no request and no waiting. Sign in, open Settings (the cogwheel), and choose Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm with your password (or, if you sign in with Google, by typing your username), and the account is then deleted straight away.

Open Wanderer to delete your account

This works the same on the web, the Android app and the iOS app. If you can no longer sign in and so cannot reach the setting, email killerworm@gmail.com with the subject "Wanderer account deletion request" and tell us your username — but signing in and using the in-game button is faster and confirms it instantly.

What gets deleted

On verifying your request, we permanently delete:

• Your account (username, and for Google sign-ins the stored email and Google identifier; the password hash for non-Google accounts).
• All gameplay data: character position, levels, experience, coins, inventory and equipment, and similar in-game state.
• Associated records such as chat history and battle logs tied to your account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate security purposes (for example, fraud/abuse logs), and backups are purged on their normal rotation. Anonymous, aggregated data that no longer identifies you is not affected.

Timeframe

We action verified requests within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and your game progress cannot be recovered afterward.
